I had given 3 rounds of interview for Microsoft physical design and I have a final round coming up next week with a Director. HR told me that it would be techno managerial round.

What to expect in this round?

Will it be a generic conversation to discuss the team fit or is it equally important same as previous technical rounds?

I had a 3rd round interview with a VP yesterday, sent a follow up email after and included a general question and no response. Is this a bad sign?

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.
