I had just applied to A Junior Animator position and i had my reel on my resume and everything. About a week later I get a rejection email. I looked at my demo reel analytics and noticed no one even viewed my Demo Reel on Vimeo. I'm pretty disappointed in the company, however I know remember that they use Workday. I feel like AI possibly filtered me out of the candidate process. I'm a bit livid but its not the end of the world. Anyone else experience this when applying for an Art Position?

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
