I had my 3rd round of interview more than 2 weeks back but did not get a call from HR. I called her few days back and got the response that feedback has not been entered and she will let me know. Not sure how hard it is just to confirm that interview round was not cleared.

Is this a normal delay time for them or can I safely assume that I did not clear the interview ?

Anyone feel like it is hard to articulate how your PA experience is applicable for industry ? Had an interview with a company recruiter who wasn’t very familiar with auditing... then felt I had to explain what it was I did day to day and ended up down a rabbit hole.

So I have been made an offer by a company I like but it’s pretty similar to my current package (I also like where I am). The recruiter is pretty intense and is pitting me against another candidate but says I’m the number one choice and is asking me for a number to say yes “but not too high or the team will look at the other candidate”
I’m close to send them to get stuffed. I’m also awaiting a promo and interview feedback from Google. Any advice?

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
