Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

In pre onboarding form epam is asking contact number and email id of ex supervisors and hrs from my past organizations. I don't have contact details of my managers with whom I worked 8 years ago. EPAM Gts ( previously anywhere) falls under Epam systems . it's just a program under Epam systems. Salary pay range will be bit higher for the GTS employees and structure like PF will be different
Can you please elaborate more what will difference between EPAM Systems employee and GTS from benefits and job security point of view it would be very helpful while making decision to join EPAM or not
What did HR told, as they mentioned EPAM Systems in offer letter but now putting in GTS didn't you asked this is unethical and wrong?
And what is your tech stack and yoe
My first interview happened after 1 week of joining. Interview process is bit time consuming. First staffing will propose you then if project shortlist you then according to panel's availability they plan interview.
What is GTS?
Ohh man...in EPAM GTS monthly pay depends on project.If you are on bench , you may get 50% of salary.
Wherease in EPAM systems , its all fixed.
Please check once with HR.
How do you get two options, I only see Fixed salary structure in my offer letter
I think GTS is a sub categorization which will be that you have flexibility to WFH.
Oh ojay..Maybe its changed now.
I am in epam systems and still working for home...so that only shouldn't be a case.
My Offer Letter also says it as EPAM Systems so I was also confused
Prod in GTS:
1) Remote work
2) Possible relocation (low chances)
3) salary range will be 10 to 15 % higher
Cons:
1) All GTS employees report to single director
2) Once ur project is done u need to find the project with help of hiring team.
3) They will give 4 to 5 project interviews if not cleared you will be out
4) PF will be low in GTS as basic will be low .
