I had the worst experience with Accenture.
After attending first virtual round interview for SAP ABAP on HANA role (Custom software engineer) they sent me an online assessment mail which had questions on SAP BTP and Upgrade activities(SPDD, SPAU) and as soon as the test got over they sent you haven’t cleared the test so we are not moving forward with your candidature.
Their HR team asked me to raise an issue and after that the response is you have failed the test we cannot regenerate test link.

If I did good on the first two interviews but just “okay” on the more technical third interview do you think I still got the job?

Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. In a way, i do the job so well that i get asked to do more AD projs and guide more projs — but then: wtf does my CD do? They mostly just 👍🏻what i direct n approve

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.
