I have 1 year of experience including 6 months of internship experience. I currently have 10 lpa job. The job is getting boring and I am loosing intrest in the work. I feel if I quit and prepare for 2-3 months, I can get a better offer.
The problem is it's a startup and there's too much work.
I have tried to prepare along side my office work but that's just not working.
I would need some inputs.
Shall I quit? Or any better suggestions.

is anyone familiar with pay differentials, negotiating for a temporary raise or some other form of compensation for extra work? 3 coworkers on my team have recently resigned, and certain shifts are being expected to work at half staff until new hires can be brought on. if my workload is being doubled, i expect to be compensated, as they are paying one employee to do the work of two. any suggestions or wording on how to address this?
