I have 12 years of experience and 9 years of relevant experience in Azure development and Azure DevOps. 2 onsite experiences. I have been trying to switch since 2023. Applying to Jobs on LinkedIn & Naukri. My CV is up to date with good ATS score. But for some reason I am not getting a single interview call. And I don't understand why. I only get emails which says sorry we will not be proceeding with your application. After 12 years of experience my package is still stuck at 10 LPA. Please help.
