I switched in November 24 and new CTC is 16 but I don’t see any challenges in working here everything is already built and now I need to follow few documents , fixing bugs etc .

I got offer from Deloitte USI for 17 plus 10% variable pay.


Considering aspects like annual hike , learning and exploring.

Should I switch to Deloitte? Also try for more companies if I’m serving notice period?

The JB related details are not mentioned in the offer letter and when I tried calling my HR he is neither picking up the call nor replying to my email.
