Customer Focus Interview
Market & Commercialization Interview
Stakeholder Management Interview

If anyone has any specific tips or insights for any of these rounds, I would greatly appreciate it. I am eager to prepare as thoroughly as possible and any guidance would be invaluable.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

How long does EY take to get the offer on paper after a verbal offer? Recruiter confirmed verbally 2 weeks back and still nothing concrete on paper. Interviewed on-site 4 weeks back.

I am an Associate Project Manager with 1 yr of experience in Geospatial Industry. I'm looking for a switch and I am currently on my notice period.

I am finding it hard get interview calls as I have observed the experience needed for this role is more.

How should I proceed with such less experience as I'm not willing to continue in current company??

I am not actively applying to IT sector as I come from a non-technical background.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

I just learned I was parentified severely, especially emotionally. The discovery came from outside of therapy, but having a place every week to sit down, slow down & reflect def led to it. Being enmeshed with my parents like this was a cause for my anxiety, low self esteem and workaholic, people pleasing tendencies. I interviewed at company A and B. Company A sent me an offer, however I really want to work at company B, and they said they would get back to me last week and still have not even after following up. Is it pushy or frowned upon to tell company B that I got an offer from company A so can they hurry the hell up and tell me if I’m getting an offer from them.
