I have 3 years of experience in UX UI design role getting 13 LPA CTC. Currently I am not getting any calls from any recruiter. I always keep my Naukri profile updated and apply jobs in LinkedIn frequently. What should I do to get calls from recruiters ? What could be the reason ?

I realize sheer number of cases doesn’t tell the whole story… obviously you can be buried on one massive case. I’m finding it hard to jump back and forth between everything I have going on right now, though, but I don’t know if the answer is to just deal with it.
