I have 3years of Exp(2full time + 1 yr intern) in Java SpringBoot and hands on React have appeared in Accenture interview and submitted documents help desk told my BGV is in process.

My current CTC is 8.9LPA -> 6.65Lac fixed + 0.46Lac variable+ 1.84 Others(Free Cab + GYM Membership + Certificate reimbursements ). apart from this i am getting 7k shift allowance and amazon vouchers 1500Rs per month. what should i look for ECTC at Accenture. can anyone help in maths
