I have 8 years of experience from a nesting job (admin, AR/AP, Tax, etc). I get my bachelors at the end of this year and I’ve applied to over 150 positions and keep getting rejected. If not, I’ll go through 4 rounds of interviews to then not be offered the job. Is no one actually hiring and wasting my time? Or is something wrong with me? Does no one care about experience anymore?

If you can’t sell yourself and your skills then yes you’re correct your experience means little.

Usually interviews aren't about skillet, if you didn't have the skills and or potential then you wouldn't get an interview. When you get interviews, it is typically more about assessing personality fit within the current company culture. Now if you are getting to that point, then and not getting moved further into the process then need to work on practicing interviewing and how to present your personality in an agreeable manner to the team.

Networking is key. Make friends with someone who can get you a lunch date with someone on the inside.

Try asking recruiters why you were not selected and advice they can share for future interviews. Good luck

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
