Hi everyone, I am 4.9 years experienced , I joined Fractal 3 months ago as a data engineer, but still haven't got any project. Process is so slow that I have received only 4 to 5 project calls. I switched in hopes that will learn the new tech and tools. But now i am starting to forget even the one i knew. Should i go for change or wait a little more time as fractal is reputed in AI/ML? I have interview lined up with Impetus as for now. Would it be better choice?
Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

GS just started a program for non MBA career switchers. Bridge to banking might be the name. applications are only open for a week or two, check it out.
I have made that transition and it was through an MBA at a top-tier school.
There’s always other paths but they will be WAY more luck and networking based.
Hey there. It's possible but networking and also being prepared for the interviews will be key.
If you don't have a finance background I'd say make sure to get up to speed with the 400 questions for M&I and learn the basics of modelling. (LBO m&a and dcf)
Make your resume as relatable to banking as much as possible and take a broad approach when networking with banks.
