A helpful tip would be to search for BCG case prep on YouTube! You’ll be surprised by what you’ll find!

Your mommy and daddy give you $10 to open a lemonade stand. You want to benchmark against the top lemonade stands in the country, but you're getting absolutely slapped around in your all day parent meetings. So you call up the Knowledge team to do it. One of them, a senior maybe, might even specialise in lemonade stand setups

It really depends on the practice area. My case was more about structuring/how I would approach the case as opposed to solving it and that was only a very small part of the interview
I applied for a development impact role. I don’t remember case details but I was essentially asked to run through how I would go about the task - so talk through the steps I would take rather than solve the case. The case was a small part of the interview (like 10/15 minutes) and the rest of the interview was about me and my experience etc . Hope this helps
