I have a joining with Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) on May 4 with a fixed package of 18 LPA. I was also selected by Staples on April 30 for 23 LPA, but they will release the offer letter only after May 4 due to the holiday and weekend. I am unsure how to proceed. If I join CTS and later receive the Staples offer, will I need to serve the full 90-day notice period, or is early release or buyout possible?

Anyone ever asked for a sign on bonus in the form of vacation days - so you don’t have to wait like 6 months in order to take 2weeks? Or ask for reduced pay at first to accelerate the accrual?
