I have a united explorer Credit card. I’m having trouble understanding how the points gained from shopping with the cars and the trip / travel miles work together to increase status. I am a newbie to consulting travel / traveling so frequently for work And I want to make the most of all the points / airline status I’m getting or able to get. I accepted an offer from another consulting firm and my H1B visa has also been transferred. I have not joined the new role yet. However I had been interviewing with another firm and expecting an offer I know this is not the best practice but is it allowed to accept another offer even though H1 transfer has been approved through another employer? If I accept the second offer does this raise any red flags with USCIS as they potentially see 2 almost consecutive visa transfer requests?

Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.
Whereas the male team member gets paid high (same YOE , same number of switch , similar prev CTC) though women are equally or more talented sometimes.
