I have an active interview ongoing with Tesla for a Program Manager role at Palo Alto, what should be the salary I should be asking for if and when negotiations happen?
I was told by HR the base could be even as low as "$110k" which I don't understand (from a company being Tesla)
(my resume pretty much exactly matched to their JD, didn't even need to optimize my resume before applying(

I'm currently a Product Marketing Manager in SC making $89k base + $750/monthly car allowance+ 20% bonus

Will an offer made in paper by one organization get revoked if a counter offer from other organisation is submitted to negotiate a better salary?
Also need an advice on should i submit the counter offer even if i prefer the first organisation only to improve the salary which is less as offered now?

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co. Any advice?
