Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Yes you can as long as your trip to Canada is less than 30 days. Automatic Re-validation allows you to enter back on an expired stamp but a valid I-94. Only applicable to trips less than 30 days to Canada or Mexico (for folks on H1b). No need to do anything special. Just show up at the airport/land border with your I-94 and expired stamp.
Also one more thing, you technically cannot be in Canada for less than a week due to the 14-day quarantine requirement. You can contact the CBC to see if they would let you return before completing quarantine.
If not, you could look into flying to Alberta. They are doing a pilot program to try rapid testing over quarantine. Not sure still if you can leave before 7 days as they need you to do a second test about a week after landing.
In either case plan to spent at least 14-15 days in Canada to be on the safe side.
Thank you so much Deloitte 2. This is exactly what Im looking for.
Nope! You need a valid visa to enter the country. You could get your stamping done in canada, provided they are giving out appointments
I don't think Deloitte 1 is right. Look into AVR on the DHS website.
Thanks EY1. May I ask what is AVR? I read on DHS web that we can get back as long as we have a valid I94 but not sure if anyone has actually done it in this actual environment
