I have an interview a McKinsey recruiter for management consulting. What type of questions should I be expecting?

Recruiting just let me know they will NOT be sending me to the the hiring committee but want to stay in touch about other potential roles. Is this what they tell everyone?

We talked, went great, he texted comp range etc. sent me a resume template to use, filled it and sent. He was waiting to hear back from MD, MD got sick.
