Company has an employee stock purchase plan - can contribute up to 20% of paycheck for stock at a 20% discount. Can someome help me understand this? What is the typical required holding period? If I can sell this quickly isn't it a no brainer for an essential 4% bonus each paycheck (20% * 20%)? Edit: I am interviewing for the company so I don't have insights into specific company knowledge articles to look this up, just curious if how it generally works.

Does anyone else absolutely hate talking to recruiters to turn down roles? I had two offers come in, had to turn one down. Spent 30 minutes with recruiter saying no thank you, then he put 30 minutes on my calendar with the hiring manager. Then a couple of people that I interviewed with texted and emailed me to see if I could talk. I’m trying to my gracious and thankful, but saying no just gives me so much anxiety because I’m a true conflict avoider
