I received a job offer (new grad) from Intel Corporation. Im on F1 visa, and I have applied for initial EAD last week (start date early September). However, during the interview, HM said they were looking for someone around mid August(didn't seem to be urgent requirement imo). Is Intel flexible with start dates? The recruiter said immigration team would get in touch with me soon, to discuss start date (taking my preference into account). Is Intel flexible with delaying start date by 3-4 weeks?
