Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

I would do it for two reasons.
1. You may find some people you really like and want to work with, or at a minimum expand your network to some new people.
2. It might look bad on the MD if you dont do the interview and that is always a good relationship to have moving forward, especially if you want to make the move in the future.
Never know what good things might come from just trying, if you interview does not mean you are taking the job.
Do the interview with no stress, if you get an offer, you can use it as leverage toward the other companies.
IMO the best time to interview with a company is when you don't care whether or not you get it. Allows you to really look at it through a critical lens and not an overly idealistic view to decide if it's good for you or not. Takes a lot of the stress off of you and there's little to lose.
Accenture pays external hires pretty well, I think you might as well. If you don’t get it, who cares? You already have another offer
Thank you everyone!!! I will do the interview and see where that leads. Wish me luck :)
Ah gotcha gotcha! Well good luck!!
