I have an interview with large insurance company on one their strategy teams. Really interested in the role. I’m worried I don’t have an MBA and basically don’t have a shot. Any advice on how to prepare or prove myself for the role.

I’d say I have a great work/life balance but I do know that I could be making 20-30% more and have better benefits if I left. I also feel a bit stagnant in my job but the job security has kept me put. Would love to hear if leaving a comfortable job for more money is always worth it.

Is it crazy to switch a job while undergoing IVF?
