I have an interview with the VP of CS for a Dir of CS role next week. I would be pivoting industries, going from programmatic ads to SaaS. I'm trying to wrap my head around how they make money. I know it's based on a subscription, with # of seats, and features, and the goal is renewals. Is the goal also to add on features, in order to get more revenue out of the client, i.e. higher subscriptions costs? I want to understand this so I can equate my experiences from working in adtech.
