I have an offer from Citi bank as an AVP in one of their Credit Risk teams. I am a bit confused if I should join Citi or not, given the restructuring Citi bank is going through right now. I have read the following comment on New York Post "Might as well eliminate all risk managers. Seems that they're dead weight." which scares me more. Need some input. Thank you!

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it. I currently make about 160k and if JPM would give me a high draw for the first 3 years to build, and if it’s feasible to sustain that 160+ there.

Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
