I have an offer from Deloitte for an Consultant role. The Immigration team seems very slow in getting the H1B Transfer done (been close to a month and LCA not yet filed) I wanted to know how Deloitte is regarding GC processing, I have my extension next year. Any thoughts ?

Would it be inappropriate to apply for an ACD position with my title currently at mid level? I have the years of experience to qualify but haven’t been able to get any title promotion, not even to senior, at my current agency for the same reasons I’m looking for a new position. Hi All, I am currently a 4th year in medmal litigation and desperately am looking for a “pivot” into a new role that is more in-house/general counsel/non-litigation and no billables but I am completely stumped on where to even begin to look or what jobs I would qualify for. Feeling as though the jump from litigation to in house is a lot tougher than I imagined. Any suggestions on how to successfully transition?
