I have an offer from KPMG for the role of Data Scientist.

Experience: 3.5 years

Current Package: ₹8.5 LPA fixed + ₹1 LPA variable

KPMG India Offer: ₹13.5 LPA fixed

I initially asked for ₹15–16 LPA, but they declined and are currently considering ₹14–14.5 LPA as a possibility

Variable Pay: 13–26% (average 15%)

or they're ready to give 13.5LPA + 1.5L joining bonus, shd i consdr?

Should I push for more, or settle at ₹14 LPA since they’re firm about not exceeding this amount?
