I have an offer from KPMG Global Services for Associate consultant - Strategy (pricing and commercial enablement) for blr location.

I have a total 3 Yoe. I have quoted between 10-11lpa fixed but HR gave the last offer as 9.5lpa fixed (only employee and employer pf will be deducted from 9.5lpa as mentioned).

From 5lpa fixed to 9.5lpa fixed for 3 yoe, is this a good switch or i should negotiate more as far the average salary KPMG Global Services (KGS) bracket of this role? And is there any more space for negotiations.

I appeared for the interview for KPMG GS for the role of Associate Consultant.
So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?
