Think of outcomes expected from this programme / engagement. See if you could trace back steps to the starting point.
That will tell you what kind of examples from your experience you can draw out - ask whether there’d be ownership of change or e2e adoption. What is the current state - is the stakeholder heat map clear or there is volatility. What is the comms strategy so on n so forth.
