There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Likely questions about the contract, recognizing coverage and/or coverage issues. Probably questions about potential risk transfer. Definitely investigation and how you would do that. Desktop management is important. Communication and difficult conversations. Also, how you would go above and beyond. Negotiations is huge! Understanding different venues and the weight that they hold .... Sorry it's a lot but ... So is this type of job
Many of Today’s interviews still embrace the Behavior Based (BBI). So I would be prepared to answer a number of those. The STAR technique still provides lift in these types of interviews. There will definitely be questions similar to what Chubb 1 provided and include liability analysis, police report, injury causation, mechanism of injury/causation ….. I would be prepared to offer ”stories”/examples that display your past experience in handling disagreement, conflict resolution, negotiation, critical thinking, time demands, time management and decision making. Good Luck
As a litigation examiner with Sedgwick, get familiar with investigating incidents, gathering info and evidence that can help once suit is filed. Lawyers don't always do that or have people on staff that do. Normal stuff like determining covg , etc. comes with the territory. Performing background checks: Social media, ISO, DMV, SIU if you have it avlb. Communicate efficiently, perform BI evals timely and as close in range as possible. Have a low-mid-high on negotiating amounts. Always look for comparative fault (depending on the state you are in). If you ever go to mediations, it Trials, take lots of notes. Pay attention to the judge, their demanor, the jury and who's paying attention. Keep track of evidence being introduced and make sure it hasn't been ruled inadmissible. Lawyers catch it, but just keep an eye it. Make sure if they have experts, you have experts to counter. I could say more but you should do fine. Mostly they are looking for self efficient, self motivating adjusters that they don't have to micromanage or discipline for not being on their case load.
Thank you so much!
If in CA or handling CA claims, Prop 213 and Prop 51.
Thank you!
I am interested in the position and I do have my 620 License.
I believe the OP is applying for the job, not hiring for it.
