I have appeared for SSE L64 position recently.
I was able to do well on 4 rounds.
In 5th round, hiring manager conducted behavioural + coding in the single round. Coding i did average only. But behavioural section went well. Are there any chances that they will consider me since I did well on other 4 rounds or will they give one more chance to reappear for the last round again. Any suggestions?

Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. I am an associate at a UMM and my employment contract has a 4 month non compete (yes, even for associates) but I am thinking of lateraling. What are the implications of breaking a non compete? I didn’t say anything when I signed because I was desperate for a PE offer but it seems so unfair as I am just a lowly associate. I am not so much worried about getting sued, but about my current employer tanking my reputation if I leave and break the non compete.

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

I wanted to know the interview process for the role of program manager in Microsoft. How many technical rounds happen? Are they very technical or mostly based on case studies and frameworks? It would be really helpful if someone could throw some light on this. I have recently received a call from Microsoft and would have my screening today.

I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.
