I have been applying for Geologist and Geotechnical Engineering positions for the past 4 years in Qatar, but I have not received any interview invitations. I would really appreciate your advice on what might be going wrong.
In my current CV, I include my personal photo, detailed work experience, training certificates, and university transcripts. Some friends suggested that I should switch to an ATS-friendly CV format and remove extra documents like certificates and my photo.

Since there is a heavy impetus on solving Tree, LinkedList, and Graph problems for tech interviews, it can naturally make freshers believe that these concepts will be used in day-to-day life at work. In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
