I have been approached about the partner level at Roland Berger in the US. Can anyone provide insight on how the firm has fared the past 2-5 years? Last I remember, they had significantly shrank their US operations. For context I did 8 years at a Tier 2 (Ops/Mfg for F&B/Chemicals) before leaving for a client role in industry 4 years ago. I’ve been thinking about eventually going back to consulting as the kids get older. But that was abstract without any real timing thought out yet.
