I wouldn’t worry about the split at managers level..
It all depends on what practice you go to and what project you get staffed on is what will make or break your experience. 15% is also 🗑️ for the load you get daily.

Stay in your industry job and negotiate a higher salary. Say “I was approached by a company with a 15% increase. Can you match?”

I wouldn’t leave from industry to consulting for 15% lol. 25% and up is really where you need to be looking
EY just had a dismal call the other day from what I’ve heard. They also just cancelled holiday bonuses.
Probably not where I would want to go. Industry is safer right now.
