You're depressed. I don't blame you for being cautious but you have to realize that you can go outside where you aren't surrounded by people. Take your family with you and enjoy nature together. You need it. Your family needs it.

Ditto. The park or a walking trail is a great way to be out of the house and not have to have anyone standing too close
I am on the same routine as you pointed out. With two young kids below 5- I am getting the groceries delivered, no eating out and just doing zoom meetings with friends. Overall the thing which keeps my spouse and I sane is the periodic break we give each other. Sometimes she takes the kids on a drive or a nature walk so I could nap on the weekends. I take them for picnics and hikes on week days so she gets some me time. A combination of me time, nature time, some exercise and long calls with friends and family is helping us get through this.
Me time is so important. I've even just gone for a drive alone to get that. Having kids makes all of this so much more complicated.
I was very nervous about covid at the start and I am still nervous about it but I don’t worry or panic about myself anymore. My wife is a flight attendant and we already have come to terms that she might get it and pass it to me. It’s only a matter of time. We stay away from restaurants and see close friends once a month, socially distanced. I’m lucky that I live in a great neighborhood which has 2 large ponds and a lot of walking trails so I am always outside a couple times a day either fishing or walking the dog or taking long walks with the wife. I do run errands, grocery shop, get food to go, but always with a mask and I personally feel safe doing this. I was doing yoga and the beginning and kinda fizzled out on it but really need to start that back up.
Try socially distant meetings with friends and family? Not sure where you are but if it’s warm enough maybe backyards?
To the extent you have available space at home. You can get a peloton bike. The firm has a discount on it. When you get a peloton membership you will also have access to the app to do yoga. I also got fightcamp. It is a fun and entertaining way to workout. 15 min workout and I burn about 400-450 calories

There have been a lot of studies that seeing trees reduces stress. Exercise does too. I have found a daily walk or run in the park to be really helpful. I go during the workday to avoid crowds.

I was like this in the beginning. I never went anywhere except solo bike rides and runs and even if the trail got to busy I would ride on the grass and get off the trail. Now I got places. The grocery store, the gym(very large open gym with good practices and I go super late), I also try to be outside as much as possible. I wouldn’t go to a bar or anything but I have had a glass of wine with a friend in their back yard. I wear a mask whenever I go places, keep hand sanitizer on me and wash my hands often. If I am ever uncomfortable somewhere I just leave.
Collapsible (easier the inhale/exhale, and more comfortable) NiOSH & FDA approved N95 & N100 masks are available; it’s likely worth the purchase for you in order to help encourage you to get out.
The previous recommendation of the “nature walk” is my best recommendation, as well. Try to take your walk/hike between the hours of 1100 & 1500 - to increase your UV exposure (natural Vitamin D production will provide immune support AND help your mood).
Augment your natural D production with a D3 supplement (stay below 3500 IU per - a good bit is good (water soluble vitamin); but, too much can cause some problems.
Maximize your safe social contact via live video/audio platforms.
Develop a regular sleep/wake schedule and keep busy/productive (particularly on “work” projects or things in/around your home you would like to accomplish and can accomplish).
Steer clear of alcohol - it can depress mood and interfere with “good” sleep.
Bottom line, GET OUT; just be safe in practicing social distancing, and wear the mask when distancing isn’t possible. Try to get outdoors, specifically.
The illnesses (mental and physical) that sustained isolation/lockdown can cause are AT LEAST as dangerous (for most) as contracting SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19.
