Anyone else here realized they have some alcohol moderation issues? I graduated college within the past 1.5 yrs and my friends are still in the heavy weekend drinking phase. I have realized I need to cut my drinking way down. I don’t drink every day and won’t crave a drink when I’m sober but it’s like once I start I don’t typically stop. I only drink about 2 times a week, but it’s the volume of drinks that’s the issue. I’m not ready to quit - just cut down a lot! Tips/advice appreciated! TIA :)

Has anyone just taken a break from work without anything lined up? Every offer I’ve gotten wants me to start in a month and with 2 weeks notice that leaves me only 2 weeks to recharge. I have added a daily routine of giving my wife of foot rub when we unwind at the end of the day, and it has been awesome for our marriage. It’s an easy way to be supportive and take care of someone who takes care of you, and it’s a great way to unwind for me because it requires just the right amount of engagement to be present. I take the time to listen empathetically to my wife’s day and just be there for her. It only took me about 15 minutes to learn some great and easy techniques on YouTube!
