Follow your instincts! If something is telling you to get out - do it!
Don’t overthink it. If you have good job stability prior to this, it won’t burn your resume in the long run. If you’re unhappy there, find something better you can see yourself committing 3+ years to, and if you find it, just take it
Follow your instincts and invest in your future health and happiness. Plus, job hunting takes time so when all is said and done you may be close to or past the 1 year mark
As long as you can articulate a good reason as to your motive for leaving, go for it. Usually saying that you’re looking for a chance to grow with a company/upward mobility or that you’re looking for a company whose core values are more aligned with your own works well for this
