I have been offered a position of senior consultant level 2 at pune office - EY GDS.

Can somebody people put light on the work life balance. I do not have good reviews at all in terms of too much working hours to going and working till weekends most of the times. Also how can i expect my learning growth curve to shape? Kindly help as i am stressed after considering the current reputation of EY.

This might be extremely niche, but does anyone here work on content acquisition/production for a streaming service, studio or platform? If so, what kinds of resources or trade groups do you find helpful? I’d really love to connect with other lawyers in this field and talk shop or host panels related to this area of law.

Micron Technology - 15.5 fixed (plus some stocks)
Virtusa - 17.1 fixed + 90k variable
UST - 18.5 fixed + 50k variable

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I owned a business for 6 yrs and had a B2C sales role for 3 yrs after (not SaaS). I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.
