I have been offered a pretty great job with an expiration date of tomorrow, but I heard back from the company I want the most and they are supposed to reach out tomorrow to schedule more interviews. Question is, do I accept the job knowing I wouldn’t take it if the other job works out? Do I ask for more time to think about it? Would that make them understand I’m considering other places? Hi everyone. I applied for a couple of roles at a tech company, I have a panel interview coming up but since that’s been arranged another HR coordinator has reached out to do a screening interview for the 2nd role I applied for.

How do I approach this, the screening call is a couple of days before my panel interview?
