I have been trying to apply for jobs on LinkedIn and Glassdoor without success. Additionally, the market seems saturated with recruiters reposting jobs from company job boards. Besides applying directly on company websites, I feel that general job boards are often a waste of time. What are the most reputable job boards for tech jobs in London?

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion?
