Hi Everyone! I have been working in Salesforce for about a year now. But I am not enjoying my work as it's mainly on backend. I have been wanting to move to Web Dev. But someone suggested that like if I like frontend I should try LWC instead as I'm already into Salesforce. So I'm quite confused which way should I go. Can anyone help me with the same Tata ConsultancyAccentureDeloitteZS AssociatesInfosysSalesforceSalesforceAmazonMicrosoft

Depending on what area of WF you are applying you need to be aware that recently many displacements occurred. Everyone from HR, audit, recruiting, to my position in Retail banking. They are requiring no more remote positions and must work in one of the 7 hub cities. My position was not remote however those that remain were doubled in their region without any compensation and are expected to get it done (with almost a feeling that they wont last much longer either). I had over 2 decades of experience, so definitely ask about the direction the department/bank is taking and how do they see this impacting the role.
I haven’t gone from a small bank to Wells Fargo, but did the opposite some time ago and now am back at Wells. Wells Fargo is highly regulated and everything is tracked to drive performance either in a production environment, or project environment, based on my experience. It’s very fast paced, you can also expect your job to change drastically over time, and more things get added to your plate when it’s already overflowing, and if things don’t get done, there is generally some form of conversation with management to find out why you can’t get it all done. Always be prepared to second guess yourself, and stick to the policies and procedures. I’m actually trying to leave the company again for my own reasons, but I do know that everyone has their own opinions on the company and some people love working here. If you get to the interview, I recommend asking for specific examples of their day to day work, what direction the company and department is headed. Also ask for example’s of some of the biggest challenges their department faces daily, weekly, monthly, annually, and if job functions change to higher or lower work loads at different times of the year.
