I have competed my interview with HCL and HR spoke with me for salary breakup and he sent an email with breakup details and I have accepted that compensation after negotiations but still I didn't got any Offer letter from HCL. BEFORE salary negotiation they told me to send last 3months salary slip,current organisation offer letter everything.

Can anyone say when can I expect the offer letter ?

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Me- umm , they get some commission from on cc partners, they get user data which they can use for there analysis and offer them customised products in future.

Interviewer - no no not that

Me - ok yeah they have a shop section also. They get paid for on boarding different vendors on their platform. Continued

I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
