I have done 5, 7 rounds interviews, as well as many 3-5 round interviews. I always get to the final round. But I never get an offer!? I have been told how amazing i am, and how they can’t wait to work with me. How my vibes are perfect for the team. How I am just what they are looking for… so why have I not ever gotten an offer? It’s has been 2 years! I’ve done so many projects on the side and tons of networking. I am lucky to get interviews but I don’t know what else to do! It feels impossible!😢

Hey all! I went through the interviewing process with a company and we had a verbal agreement on X amount of salary per year. They liked me and extended an offer but the offer was for $15K less than what we agreed bc that’s what HR approved for. I was desperate so I took it. Accepting this offer meant that I had to relocate to the other side of the country. Omw that was 2500 miles, I received a call that they rescinded the offer. I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted.
