I have done two interviews at the UN for two different roles, and I have received this email.
"About your application for the above-mentioned job opening, we are pleased to inform you that you are being placed on a roster of pre-approved candidates for potential consideration for future United Nations Secretariat job openings with similar functions at the same level."

Could someone advise on what I could do in future interviews to be the selected candidate as opposed to this?

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity.
