I have got an offer from Barclays, Glasgow for CTC £54000 for AVP position.

I was desperate to get job in UK so I accepted it without negotiation.

Now I learnt that others have received offer for £75000 for the same position with 9-10 years of experience same as mine.

I am going through a Visa process at the moment. Do you think I can still negotiate or should have a conversation.

Ps- Migrating from India to UK, having a CTC of INR 3400000.

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.
