I have got an offer from KPMG. Offer letter has an component which says Purchase of Computer at home Rs 1,00,000/- p.a. for all employees and one purchase is allowed for a period of 36 months. Is it a part of CTC or an extra benefit given to employees? How much is the relocation bonus? Is there any one time bonus for setting up WFH setup? or any WFH bonus?

1st year - 75k, up to 15% bonus. 2nd year, 80k, 15%. 3rd 86, 15%. Hitting SA in 3rd/4th year, it's 99k, up to 20% bonus. You hit six figures after three years from undergrad, stop fucking complaining
