I have got an offer from KPMG. Offer letter has an component which says Purchase of Computer at home Rs 1,00,000/- p.a. for all employees and one purchase is allowed for a period of 36 months. Is it a part of CTC or an extra benefit given to employees?

My manager has prepared a roster for BTO with 2 days a week, different for each team member.
Is it fair enough if i request him to provide me WFO continuously for 2 weeks and rest 2 weeks WFH?

Now the problem is that he is based out of US and he is dependent on data which Indian HR provides him regarding market salary info.

I had a discussion with him and convinced him to increase this if I provide the data and prove that I am being paid less.

Equity comp may be the only way to bridge the gap but they said they don’t normally include equity comp at the corporate counsel level, which is odd. I have found that most companies do. The only major difference between the 2 is that qualcomm is giving stocks. I have already accepted offer from Mathworks and yet to reply to Qcomm
Considering a lot of negative reviews about Qcomm wlb, i was thinking is the hike even worth it ?
