I have got an offer letter to join kpmg as a consultant, my joining is in October 25th when will i be eligible to get hike and bonus next year . My cctc is 10lpa and i am being offered 12 lpa for 3.5 year experience is this offer good ?

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
