How is the life and work culture in the exl?

I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.
I have 70 days of Notice Period left.
Tech stack- python/ AWS/ data engineeringDeloitte

Hi Team, I have joined GlobalLogic last week only and have been asked to join one client from cyber security domain but after joining got to know that client is chaning few things is team and because of that only they are also not sure if I will be assigned to that project or not. ( discussion still in progress with client )
What should I do ? Do they have enough project to accomodate me in different project ?
I also have offer from cognizant.

I would say join epam
Never join GL
What I am hearing is that GL is toxic and not giving hikes but at least not firing like EPAM and also EPAM has internal client interview also after joining which are quite tough to crack
are these true ?
in this scenario, which should I join ?
I would say, GL for wlb
Epam for growth and hardwork
Maybe it depends on the manager and the project. Always go for a high package.
EPAM systems is good. If it is EPAM anywhere then join GL.
