I have interviews scheduled with other Big 4s and Slalom. How difficult is it to switch firms for folks on H1B ?

I have got Australia 482 Visa sponsorship for Sony through Inch Technologies Inc.
Does this company really process my Visa.
They did not asked me any money for processing visa.
However they are taking time to process the same.
Not sure if this is true company or fake

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

Did it happened with anybody else?

I'm trying to frame my answer to the leadership question. I once talked to my mom about how I was selected as CEO in a group project. It was because of my strong technical skills+connections(I already know 80% of the group)+activeness. My mom said that's exactly what she values in the professional setting. I want to definitely try again in the future when I get more experience. Is there a specific grace period that is ideal? Would this look bad if I apply again since I’ve been rejected before?
