I have just scheduled a final round interview for a design strategist role (my first two interviews were behavioral with two potential teammates and then the team lead). I was told I will be doing an “immersive” design sprint with several team members as my final interview. I have been doing as much research as possible but I still don’t really know what to expect with this? Anyone have any tips?

I started a new job a month ago and I hate it! I hate the culture (there is no culture) the way that they communicate (no meetings everything in slack) and the way that they work (alone) It feels pretty much like I am freelancing and I thrive in collaborative environment. I have never felt this isolated in my whole life. It sucks.
Has anyone been in that situation? If I look for another job, should I remove that experience from my linked in? Or should I talk about that if I get interviews?

Any program recommendations for building decks for clients? Indesign is obviously the best IMO, but I’ve found it difficult for clients who don’t have a design background and want to make changes in the future. I feel keynote is a nightmare...wondering if I’m alone in this sentiment lol. Who has worked with company NDAs in the past? Not Client NDAs, but one that was put forth by the company you work for? To me, it gets real sticky with being able to show work in your book if you have signed an NDA.
