I have just scheduled a final round interview for a design strategist role (my first two interviews were behavioral with two potential teammates and then the team lead). I was told I will be doing an “immersive” design sprint with several team members as my final interview. I have been doing as much research as possible but I still don’t really know what to expect with this? Anyone have any tips?

Soi had what seemed like a great interview (like over an hour with 1 person. I have anecdotes about similar work if done in the past that jibed really will with the job, etc) and afterwards I sent s that you email. In the email her said this:

"Nice meeting you too. I enjoyed our discussion. We are considering all options and candidates and will let you know once we are done with our process."

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!
